Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Flowearly collects, what we do with it and the choices you have. Questions: support@flowearly.com.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and a password stored only as a one-way hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google, never your Google password.
- What you build: the descriptions you write, the pages and settings of your sites, images and documents you upload, links to websites you give us as inspiration, and the versions of your site.
- Data from your site's visitors: anything people submit through forms on your site (for example a name, email address or order). It is stored in your site's own database.
- Visit statistics: for your sites and for Flowearly's own pages we count page visits: the page, the referring website, device type, browser and operating system, plus a daily hash that cannot be reversed. We set no tracking cookie and keep no IP address for this, so we can show you how many visitors you had without following them from day to day. Old statistics are deleted automatically.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (IP address, time, page) that we use to keep the service secure and working.
2. Why we use it
- To run the service: create your account, build and publish your sites, store your data, and email you about your account (verification, password reset, important notices).
- To keep it safe: prevent abuse, limit repeated login attempts, and investigate problems.
- To improve it: understand how the product is used, with the anonymous statistics above.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the data your visitors submit for advertising.
3. Who else handles it
- AI providers. To build and change your pages, we send your description, instructions, the text of your site and the text of documents you attach to the AI model provider we use. Images you upload are not sent for analysis; for websites you add as inspiration we send a short summary of their public design. Please do not put passwords, payment card numbers or other secrets in your descriptions.
- Google, if you choose "Continue with Google".
- Email delivery and hosting and certificates providers that deliver our messages, host the service and issue HTTPS certificates for your domain.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account and sites while your account is open. When you delete a site, its pages, database and uploaded files are removed. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal details, except what we must keep by law, and backups expire on their normal schedule. Visit statistics are kept only for a limited period.
5. Security
Each site has its own private database, passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and the content the AI writes is cleaned before it is published. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
6. Your choices
You can change your name, email and password in your profile. You can export the form data your sites collected as CSV. You can ask us at support@flowearly.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and we will reply as soon as we can. Depending on where you live you may have more rights under your local law.
7. If you collect data from visitors on your site
For the information your visitors give you, you decide why and how it is used, and you are responsible for telling them (for example with your own privacy notice) and for following the laws that apply to you. We process it on your behalf only to run your site.
8. Children
Flowearly is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, tell us and we will remove it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard, and update the date at the top.
