Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Flowearly ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Flowearly you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Flowearly uses artificial intelligence to design and publish websites from a description you write. You can edit the result, connect your own domain (on plans that include it) and collect form submissions in a database that belongs to your site.

2. Your account

  • You must give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian do it for you.
  • Tell us at support@flowearly.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Your content and the AI's output

  • You own the descriptions, images, documents and other material you give us ("your content").
  • Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the pages the AI creates for you for your own business. AI output can be similar to output created for other people, and we cannot promise it is unique.
  • You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you: building your site, showing it to visitors, keeping versions and backups, and sending it to the AI provider that generates your pages.
  • AI can make mistakes. Check your site before and after you publish it, including prices, opening hours, contact details and any legal, medical or financial statement. You are responsible for what your site says.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Flowearly to publish or send anything that:

  • is illegal, fraudulent or misleading, or pretends to be another person or business (for example a bank or a login page made to steal passwords);
  • infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
  • contains malware, or attacks or overloads our systems or anyone else's;
  • is sexually explicit involving minors, promotes violence or hatred, or is spam.

Do not give us material you have no right to use, and do not use the "inspiration" feature to copy another website's content. We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks these rules, and in serious cases close the account.

5. Plans, payment and trials

  • Each plan has limits, such as the number of sites and AI builds per month. They are shown on our pricing section, and in your dashboard.
  • A trial gives you the plan's features for the stated number of days. When it ends, visitors see a notice instead of your site until you choose a plan. Your pages and data are kept.
  • Prices can change. We will tell you before a change applies to you.

6. Your visitors' data

When your site collects information from visitors, such as a contact form or an order, you are responsible for how you use it and for following the laws that apply to you. We store it for you and do not use it for our own purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep Flowearly running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may pause the service for maintenance, and we may change or remove features. Keep your own copy of anything important: you can export your form data as CSV from the dashboard.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Flowearly and delete your sites at any time. Deleting a site permanently removes its pages, database and uploaded files. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that has been unused for a long time, after telling you where we reasonably can.

9. Our responsibility

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
